We commissioned Harris Poll to survey over 1000 employees in the US on changing attitudes on health and hygiene in the workplace. Here’s what you’ll discover:
- Expectations of Gen Z and Millennials in contrast to older workers
- What our global industry partners are saying
- Focus areas and opportunities to renew office spaces
KEY INSIGHTS
Employees are focusing on health and hygiene, not just pay and benefits. Employers will want to use every option available to keep their employees from leaving and instead return to the office.
TALENT ACQUISITION
- 84% believe health and hygiene practices are an important consideration when returning to the office
- 84% also believe the health and hygiene practices of a potential employer is an important consideration in accepting a new position
GENERATIONAL DRIVERS
Bathrooms are the main common area that respondents are concerned about in their workplace in terms of health and hygiene (30%). However, elevators are more concern to Gen Z than the others, while three in ten Boomers are not concerned about any of these.
